Palate
Chewy, intense, and complex with a good peat and pepper blast, followed by fir honeydew, ginger, cloves, soft curry, paprika, apple skins, fresh walnuts, candy sugar, speculoos. Smoky, smooth, with vanilla, toasted oak, and coconut.
Finish
Long, balanced with peat, spices, and candy sugar. Lingers with vanilla, toasted oak, and coconut.
