Description
Distilled using water from Mt. Chokai in Northern Japan, Yuza aim to produce whisky according to their own motto which is TLAS; Tiny, Lovely, Authentic and Supreme. Having been awarded Gold at the San Francisco International Spirit Challenge it seems Yuza are off to a good start in the highly competitive Japanese Whisky market. Cask Number: 529 62% ABV / 70cl. The distillery is located in Yamagata prefecture, Japan, and benefits from clean air and moderate humidity, using high-quality cold underground water.
