The Yuza Second Edition 2022 is a single malt whisky from the Yuza Distillery in Yamagata Prefecture, Japan. Distilled in 2019 and bottled in 2022 at cask strength of 62% ABV, this 3-year-old release matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and sherry casks. It is non-chill filtered and bottled without coloring, reflecting the distillery's philosophy of 'TLAS' (Tiny, Lovely, Authentic and Supreme). This second edition offers a complex and rich flavor profile, building on the success of the first edition.
