Distilled using water from Mt. Chokai in Northern Japan, Yuza aim to produce whisky according to their own motto which is TLAS; Tiny, Lovely, Authentic and Supreme. This special blended offering is non-chill filtered and without added colour, matured in Mizunara oak, Sherry, and American oak barrels.
