Millstone Dutch Single Rye Whisky from Zuidam Distillers, distilled in September 2014 and bottled in April 2025 after 10 years of maturation. This Founders Reserve Cask Strength expression is crafted from 100% rye and aged in American oak. Zuidam Distillers is a family-owned business in the Netherlands known for its traditional production methods, including using windmills to grind grain and a longer fermentation time of about 4 days. This limited edition release consists of 1529 bottles.
