Ardmore Traditional Cask Litre, Bourbon & Quarter Cask, 2007, 46%

82 / 100

This is a Scottish Highland single malt with a clear peaty edge, balanced by honeyed grain and ginger. I like that sweet-and-smoky contrast; the peppery, dry finish sounds a little sharp, but still appealing.
