Blanton's Honey Barrel Special Release, Cask #125, Letter B, 2025, 63%

The bourbon-cask detail is clear, and the honey, caramel, vanilla and oak notes suit my preference for sweeter, oak-led whisky. At 63%, the strength may be a lot.
