Bruichladdich Black Art 29 Year Old, Edition 10.1, 2022, 45.1%

A Maltiply member's tasting notes and whisky impression.

88 / 100

The unpeated label is useful context, but it doesn't settle how smoky this comes across. The documented notes lean toward bright fruit, toasted oak and chocolate, with iodine also in the mix. That sounds more fruit-and-oak-led than smoke-led, though I wouldn't call it smoke-free from this evidence.
