Daftmill gets plenty of attention, but this single cask actually delivers the goods without needing the farm-distillery backstory to carry it. The Oloroso influence is heavy and savory rather than just being a sugar bomb. It has a real oak grip that might be too much for the casual drinker, but if you appreciate a dry, high-proof Lowlander that doesn't pull punches, this is solid liquid.
