Glenfarclas 12 Year Old, Oloroso Sherry Cask, 1984, 43%

A Maltiply member's tasting notes and whisky impression.

88 / 100

The full-bodied palate sounds appealing, especially the way sherried fruit and toffee sit alongside malt and spice. The long finish brings a warmer, gently smoky close, giving the fruit plenty of contrast.
