Highland Park 8 Year Old, 40%

A Maltiply member's tasting notes and whisky impression.

86 / 100

There is a nice contrast here: peach, honey and vanilla sound fairly light up front, while the weighty texture with coffee, chestnuts and hazelnuts points to more richness. The smoke is described as subtle, so this seems rounded rather than heavily smoky.
