That sweetness sounds rounded rather than especially heavy, with the creamy mouthfeel giving it some breadth while oak and baking spices keep it from reading as purely sugary. The medium-to-long finish stays close to those same oak, caramel and cinnamon notes. This is a fuller, sweet-leaning character, and the balance of dessert-like notes with spice is more interesting to me than sweetness alone.
