86 / 100

Crème brûlée, caramel sauce and vanilla cream make this clearly sweet, but matcha, burnt oak and white pepper give it some counterweight. The mildly bitter-sweet finish with dark chocolate and ginger sounds more interesting than a straight sugar parade.
