King of Kentucky 17 Year Old, Cask #42, 2025, 64.5%

A Maltiply member's tasting notes and whisky impression.

86 / 100

Brown sugar, cherry and spiced apple give this bourbon an inviting sweeter side, while the long, oak-driven finish suggests a weightier style. It sounds less easygoing than my usual preference, but the fruit and spice keep it appealing.
