The Bourbon cask detail gives a useful point of reference, while the notes bring apple, plum and ginger together with a lingering fruity-sweet finish. Tea-tree oil is an unexpected turn; it keeps this from reading like a fruit bowl with a label. A nicely focused set of flavours.
