The fruit and pot still spice make an appealing pairing, while the floral grain qualities give the palate something more to consider than sweetness alone. I’m particularly drawn to that grain detail, though the charred oak spice gradually builds and takes a more prominent role toward the finish. That shift gives the character some shape, even if it makes the fruit less central by the end.
