Old Carter Double Barrel Bourbon 11 Year Old, Cask #OC-3, Old Carter Whiskey Co., 55.2%

The caramel and vanilla make this sound inviting, but the prominent oak and pepper spice give it a bolder edge than I usually prefer. I like how the finish brings the sweetness back with vanilla.
