Old Forester Single Barrel Rye Barrel Strength, New Oak Cask, 63.1%

The peach on the nose gives this a nice lift, though the pepper, oak and charcoal make it less relaxed than I usually prefer. The soft vanilla finish is a welcome counterpoint.
