85 / 100

This bourbon’s character has a clear pull between dried cherry and oak-and-spice notes. Cola spice, brown sugar and baking spices give the nose a sweet, warming direction, while tobacco and vanilla shape the palate. I like that the finish brings the cherry back alongside tobacco and vanilla, keeping the same character in view. Its long, warming finish gives the oak and spice room to linger. The result feels focused and assertive, with a pleasing shift from brown sugar to tobacco and vanilla.
