Woodford Reserve Master's Collection Four Wood, American Oak, Maple, Sherry & Port Cask, Seventh Release, 2012, 47.2%

A Maltiply member's tasting notes and whisky impression.

88 / 100

The appeal here is the contrast between rounded sweetness—maple, caramel, and baked fruit—and the wine-like red fruit and sherry notes, with spice adding definition on the palate. The warm, woody finish sounds substantial without losing that sweetness. The listed SGD 276.18 selling-price reference is useful context, but it does not establish a completed sale or make the bottle good value on its own. I’d see this as a rich, layered bourbon style rather than a straightforward oak-and-cereal-led pour.
