This is a single cask single malt whisky from Bimber distillery, matured exclusively in a single Virgin oak cask (#7) and bottled in 2020. Bimber uses traditional methods including sourcing barley locally from Hampshire, floor malting, hand-mashing, and slow fermentation for seven days in American oak washbacks. The spirit is distilled in direct-fired copper pot stills.
