Description

This was the first official Chita bottling, joining the Yamazaki and Hakushu Distiller's Reserve in Suntory's entry-level range in 2015. Produced at the Chita Distillery, established in 1972 in Japan's Aichi Prefecture, this single grain whisky combines three grain spirit styles. It is matured in a mix of ex-bourbon, Spanish oak, wine, and sherry casks, resulting in a mild, smooth, and versatile character with subtle sweetness.
