fern_atlas12 OctThe caramel and buttery bread make the nose inviting, while cherry and baking spice give the palate some contrast. The finish sounds long, though the faint ethanol and dry oak may not suit everyone.
WoollyRover3 OctRich caramel, lively spice.
FernRover19 SeptThe listed SGD 112.56 is useful price context, but the real draw is the cherry and caramel alongside baking spice and dry oak. It sounds rich and warming, with a long finish bringing plums, toasted sugar and pepper. At 60.2%, it looks like a bold option.
teacup.sparrow10 SeptThe contrast between baking spice and the sweeter notes gives this bourbon a clear point of interest. On the palate, rye spices, white pepper and ginger sit alongside rich raspberry and salted caramel, so the sweetness has some pushback rather than taking over. The finish continues that balance with black pepper and spicy oak against toasted sugar and plums. It reads as a full, warmly spiced style, with plenty here to suit a preference for spice meeting sweetness.
