This Tennessee whiskey undergoes the distinctive Lincoln County Process, filtering through sugar maple charcoal before being aged in new charred oak barrels. Each bottle is drawn from a single barrel, hand-selected from the upper reaches of the distillery's rickhouses, where extreme temperature changes contribute to a deeper color and more robust flavor. Bottled at 94 proof (47% ABV), it offers a unique and individualized flavor profile, often featuring notes of caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, and the brand's characteristic banana notes.
