Nose
Rich Tennessee caramel, vanilla, and toasted oak with a distinctive Speyside Scotch cask influence — dried fruit, subtle peat, and a refined complexity. Warm leather, orange, oak, clove, baking spice, honey, peanut brittle, butterscotch, vanilla cream, grist, and fresh oak.
Palate
Bold and layered — dark caramel, dried fruit, baking spice, and a Speyside-influenced depth. Almond butter, pecans, toast, oak char, brown sugar, autumn spices, baked apple, chewy charred oak, creamy caramel candies, butterscotch pudding, honey roasted peanuts, and brown butter.
Finish
Long and powerful with lingering caramel, dried fruit, and a sophisticated Tennessee-meets-Scotland close. Dry, clinging to the mouth, with wood, worn leather, a hint of vanilla, tart fruit, warm oak resin, vanilla bean, ripe fruit, and a tad lip-puckering.
